aetheria: the rescue (character creation)

hello, everyone. you are about to enter my realm...the world of aetheria. recently, the small girl ayane has been kidnapped and taken to an unknown location. i cannot search for her by myself, so i must enlist aid. before i can bring you here, however, you must describe yourself...

character creation is simple. the layout is...

name
gender
description(what your character looks like)
stats:
-life
-strength
-defense
-agility
-intelligence

you have 10 points to distribute amongst the 5 stats. the maximum amount of points allowed for any single stat is 4.
the stats, and what they determine, are as follows:

life: how much of a beating you can take
strength: how strong you are
defense: your ability to block/dodge attacks
agility: how fast you are
intelligence: your ability to solve problems/how smart you are

Question: shouldn't the ability to dodge attacks fall under 'agility' rather than 'defence'?

urkani, based on your chosen stats; 12 hp, the ability to steal, and a lv.1 cure spell have been bestowed upon you.

more detailed descriptions on the stats:

life:
this stat determines how many hits you can take before you are considered wounded. don't worry, a score of 0 here just means you are VERY frail and get wounded easily.

strength:
this one says how much damage you inflict on an enemy whenever you attack them physically. that's it.

defense:
despite what it sounds like, this stat determines how often you lose hp as a result of being hit.

agility:
how agile you are, obviously. this stat decides whether you have the first move in combat or not, and how often you can act in battle.

intelligence:
whenever you cast a spell, this decides how much damage you do, not strength. this is also your level of intelligence, which determines how easy or hard a puzzle appears to you.

btw, when you use a spell, there is no mp, you simply lose 1 hp. you may use a spell as often as you want, as well. spell levels range from 1-6.

(note: as for godmoding...the first offense results in you being instantly wounded....and the second offense results in you being instantly destroyed.)

Do your characters start out with any weapons armor currency potions or anything other than the bonus equipment you get from your stats. And what are the stats of the steel sword like is it one handed or 2.

anyway, the steel sword is a single-handed powerful weapon that only you can wield, as none of the others have a high enough strength.

as for currency(which, in aetheria, is "rele", btw) and potions, the others already have a good amount, and you'll find some during the quest.

Heh My cousin signed up. I hope he's able to get more time to post than he has now. bleh he'll probably be more active than kor he can always post from the school computers at lunch time. He probably will only be able to post during that small gap though his stepdad owns the only computer in his house.
