Missing JavaScript

So apparently I've managed to turn off the JavaScript on my computer by accident somehow. Where should I go to reactivate it?

It's not a computer setting, it's a browser setting. On IE, it should be under Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Security, then look at the options for the Internet zone. For Firefox, try Tools -> Options -> Content.
