It's not logical, it's Topological

I love unagi. I tried it for the first time 5 or 6 years ago on my dad's birthday. We had all gone out to a Japanese restaurant that was out of our price range, but we figured if it was for my dad's birthday it was alright. My dad ordered eel since he loves it so much and I tried a bite of it. It was so delicious!
I've had cheese biscuits once that I know of. I liked them well enough. Umm..but everytime I hear someone say cheese biscuits I don't really think of the food. A while back my friend was complaining about relationships in comics that start out with rape and how they end up happily together. She for some reason said that was like cheesebiscuits, and since then we've used that term to describe scenes in romance manga we're not that fond of.

Cheese biscuits are awesome. Especially with some butter and a little garlic.

Funny Food #271:
Cristal It's a type of champagne. Why is champagne funny you ask? I just think the bubbly is. The tickling in the back of the throat. Mixing it with OJ for mimosas. Also, I have some friends who pregame on champagne. Yeah. Last year, that led to one of them breaking her teeth. Whoops.

I didn't mind champagne mixed in orange juice, but it strictly on its own was not tasty the times I've had it.

Aligator I have never had it. They say it tastes like chicken. I wonder if I can actually try it some time. Glory, glory. And to hell with Florida.

Cheese Biscuits - Auto-win. Can't stress enough that these things are that DAMN good.
Cristal - Never had it, and I don't even care for champagne. Alligator - Never had it either, but I've heard it tastes like chicken. Granted, I'd probably eat one just to try it (or if one pissed me off enough). |

Leftover Halloween Candy Come on. There's always Halloween candy left over, and that stuff is always the best. I like candy corn. :3

No leftover candy here, but one of my friends had a great idea to go out today and buy Halloween candy for 50% off. I'll probably bake cupcakes instead.

Foie Gras Okay. Horrid practice. Force feeding geese. Blah blah blah. HOWEVER, I still want to try it just one time. I've heard so many good things that I just think it should be tried one time.

Same reason I won't eat veal. Plus, it's from a poison filtration unit.

Food #275:
Avocado I'm not a big fan of it. I don't like guacamole. I don't like it by itself. The only time I even eat it is when I have California rolls. Otherwise, I dunno. Just can't stand it.

I've never really eaten a lot of avocado, actually... I'm not even sure if I've really given it much of a shot.

I love avocado so much. I really get annoyed when people ruin its flavor by mashing it up and throw tomatoes and lime into in to try and make bad tasting guacamole. Avocado flavor just isn't that strong, so tomatoes and lime can easily over power it and become the flavor. I love sticking avocado in sandwiches, I like mashing it up and eating it on tortillas, I like it in California rolls, I like eating it with tortilla/potato chips.
For the longest time while growing up I called it aguacate and didn't think anything of it. One day I asked my grandparents how I could say aguacate in Spanish and they just laughed at me. My mom explained to me later that day that aguacate was Spanish for avocado.

I don't think I've had alligator, but crocodile is among the nicest meats I've ever tasted. Haven't had the others except the delicious leftover candy.

I had alligator once. Liked it.
Ethical issues aside, foie gras is just disgusting. Fresh avocado I don't like. Guacamole I dig. I dislike eggplants. Especially when they float around my head and slowly sap my energy.

I've only had eggplant a couple of times, and that was when my friend would share some her P.F. Chang's stir-fried eggplant with me.

When I was younger I thought I hated eggplant. But as it turns out I really like it, but I have no idea how to cook with it. The other day I chucked it into a pan with some onions and added some spices. It tasted pretty good.

Food #277:
Waffles I love waffles. It must be why I love Waffle House (that or I'm Georgian). I haven't had waffles in a while, but I'm sure I will on Sunday. I like eating Eggo Waffles with peanut butter topped by maple syrup. Real waffles suffice with just butter and syrup.

I enjoy waffles. I used to have waffles every other weekend because our dorm had a waffle maker in the dining halls. I enjoyed eating them plain, with syrup and butter, with strawberries and whipcream, or with ice cream. From time to time they left out chocolate chips, so I'd stick those in the middle of the waffle and have them melt into it, that was also good.

I really like waffles since they're a great combination of fluffy and crispy (better than pancakes!). I like them with just butter and maple syrup. I also used to eat them a lot in college since the dining hall had waffle irons.
After I moved into my first place on my own, one of my first home gifts was a waffle iron.

Funny Food #278:
Drunken Pizza You know what's one of the best (worst) things about getting drunk? Going to some pizza joint at like 2:30 in the AM and grabbing a slice. It's bad for you on multiple levels, but it really caps off the night. Drunken Cook Out and Drunken Waffle House are both acceptable alternatives.

I've never been for pizza that late, but I did get some awesome tacos the last time I went out bar-hopping. We all were wondering whether the tacos were so good because we were drunk, or because we were starving, or because they actually were that good. It turns out they actually were that good.

As are waffles. If I had some now, I would have them now.

There's some incredible pizza around for late nights, even a few that stay open a little later than they're supposed to. You can even get drunken vegan pizza.
