Are you going to be using one song for a whole music video or take parts from different songs and place them together?

Personally, I'd go for Led Zeppelin's Stairway to heaven, there's enough diversity in the song to do alot of scenes, plus it's a great song. The downside is that it's 8 minutes long, so that's alot of stuff to put into it.

A friend of mine stated that Linkin Park's "Faint" will be in the next movie or be on SOME soundtrack relating to the matrix, although he was probably bullshitting me.
